1. BNB

The BNB coin is the first on my list!
Changpeng Zhao introduced the BNB coin in 2017.
It is the native coin that powers the Binance Exchange.
BNB was first released as an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain.
When the Binance Chain was launched, the ERC-20 BNB tokens were exchanged for BEP-2 BNB tokens at a 1:1 ratio.
Afterwards, it also became the native token of Binance Smart Chain, when it launched.
This simply means that BNB is now available in three forms:
- BNB ERC-20 (Ethereum network).
- BNB BEP-2 (Binance Chain).
- BNB BEP-20 (Binance Smart Chain).
This coin has one of the highest rankings on Coinmarketcap. It also has a variety of use cases, such as;
- Paying for trade fees on the Binance ecosystem
- Charity donations on Binance and a lot more
Another important aspect of this coin is that it undergoes coin burn every quarter of the year.
Now, this helps to boost its value and price growth.

2. DOT

The DOT coin is the native token of Polkadot.
Polkadot is a blockchain network that Gavin Wood officially launched in 2020.
Its blockchain aims to facilitate blockchain interoperability.
Polkadot also enables developers to create and manage Dapps on its network.
Most significantly, it enables anyone to create a blockchain using its protocol.
DOT has the following use cases:
- governance
- pay transaction fees
- parachain slot acquisition
- parathread bidding
- staking for consensus
DOT has enormous potential and is regarded as a viable alternative to Ethereum.

3. SOL

Let’s take a look at SOL!
SOL is the native token used to interact with and transact on the Solana blockchain.
Anatoly Yakovenko established it in 2017.
Solana is a high-performance cryptocurrency blockchain that supports smart contracts and decentralized applications.
SOL allows hodlers to:
- Pay for transaction fees incurred when using the smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
- Participate in the blockchain’s consensus mechanism to earn a reward.
The price of this token increased nearly 30 times in the first two quarters of 2021.
As you can see, this makes it an excellent investment.
4. RUNE

Now, let’s discuss RUNE!
RUNE is the protocol’s native token on THORChain.
THORChain is the first decentralized exchange that allows you to swap cross-chain assets in various liquidity pools.
It supports both cryptocurrencies as well as privacy coins.
It was founded in 2018 by a pseudonymous team of cryptocurrency developers.
Within the THORChain ecosystem, the RUNE token serves about 4 core functions, including:
- Security
- Liquidity
- Incentives
- Governance
The number of RUNE staked into THORChain’s protocol is a major determinant of the coin’s price.
5. UNI

UNI is Uniswap’s governance token.
Uniswap is a decentralized exchange built on the Ethereum blockchain.
Impressively, it is one of the highest-ranked DExs on Coinmarketcap.
Did you know that? Uniswap’s team gave away 400 UNIs (worth $1,200) as an airdrop in 2020.
They gave these UNIs to anyone who interacted with the platform before September (same year).
Fortunately, the price of UNI reached an all-time high of $43 on May 3, 2021.
I mean, you can only imagine the fortunes of these lucky participants.
However, as the crypto market crashed, so did the price of UNI, which is now $28.79 (3rd June 2021).
You and I are both aware of the golden opportunity that this has presented.

6. MATIC

Polygon is the “Ethereum Internet of Blockchains”.
It is a blockchain project that resolves Ethereum issues with slow block confirmations and high gas fees.
It achieves scalability through POS side chains and an adapted version of plasma.
Polygon was founded as Matic in 2017 by three experienced software developers.
While the network’s name has been changed to Polygon, the network’s token name remains MATIC.
The MATIC token is used to pay transaction fees and participate in proof-of-stake consensus.
When discussing the potential of this project, most cryptonites will frequently compare it to Polkadot and Cosmos.
7. ADA

ADA is the native coin of the Cardano blockchain.
It is a cryptocurrency that was released in 2017 after a two-year development period by its team.

8. SNX

SNX is one of the DeFi gems you should be stacking right now!
The SNX coin powers the entire Synthetix ecosystem.
Synthetix, founded by Kain Warwick, is a decentralized finance network based on the Ethereum blockchain.
It is a protocol that enables its users to mint and trade synthetic assets.
To mint a synthetic asset on this protocol, users must lock the SNX coin collateral.
Synths determine the value of SNX because when users mint synths, new SNX tokens are generated.
The SNX token has proven to have good potential, as it rallied 100% around Dec. 2020.

10. ENJ

Already thinking of minting some NFTs? Here you have the ENJ token!
ENJ is the native token of the Enjin platform.
Enjin is a blockchain ecosystem that is based on the Ethereum blockchain.
It aims to provide all of the tools required by game developers to create their games and NFTs.
It also enables developers to create ERC-155 1155 tokens that can be traded on the Enjin market.
The ENJ coins are used to:
- Buy or pay for gaming items purchased on Enjin.
- Gives real-world value to games
- Incentives for players.
ENJ is valuable because more ENJ is removed from the ecosystem as more tokens are minted, making it scarce.
The coin, on the other hand, can be redeemed by burning the items created.
Impressively, over 44 million Enjin coins have been spent on game development.
11. MANA

MANA is the native token coin that powers the Decentraland ecosystem’s economy.

Not to mention, the GrayScale company has added MANA to their investments, which adds to MANA’s increase in price and adoption.

The AAVE currency, originally known as LEND, is the Aave protocol’s native token.
Aave is an open-source DeFi protocol built on the ETH network for crypto lending and borrowing.
Stani Kulechov founded it in 2017.
The AAVE coin can be used for a variety of reasons, including:
- Governance
- Staked to earn rewards
- Used as collateral to obtain a fee reduction on the platform.
The price of AAVE has rallied over time since rebranding from LEND.
It has a limited supply of 16 million coins, which makes it even more limited than bitcoin.
AAVE is also deflationary, as a portion of the coin gets burned in each transaction.
Learn how to lend, borrow, and make money with Aave.

Conclusion
This section concludes today’s article. I hope you enjoyed your reading.
In this post, I’ve listed the coins on which I’m strongly bullish.
These coins have a lot of potentials, and their price action would come into play in the long term. In other words, they are for long-term HODL.
However, I’m afraid I can’t tell you anything about their price projection for the time being.
The reason is that: There is no cap on how well these coins can perform at any particular time.
That being stated, you can conduct both fundamental and technical analyses to determine how well these cryptos can perform in the future.
So, what are your thoughts?
