CALA, Sabrinascala, Bocalazer.com Crypto Scam Exposed! SCAM ALERT!

by | Nov 8, 2022 | Ponzi/MLM | 5 comments

Today, I will expose the scam, CALA, a supposed crypto trading bot that guarantees a stable profit.

While researching this platform, I found articles claiming that CALA is legit and pays daily profits.

This is not surprising because, for every scam platform, there’s usually a set of people who claim to benefit from it.

Now that CALA is on the table, let’s briefly discuss it and see why it is a scam.

What Is CALA?

what is cala

As mentioned, CALA is a supposed crypto trading bot that guarantees daily profits.

According to information on its website – bocalazer.com, the CALA technology company focuses on artificial intelligence technology research and development.

It has offices in the U.S. and in Lagos, Nigeria.

The idea sold by CALA is to leverage Blockchain and DeFi technology to access various investment methods and generate stable and long-term profits.

How?

To access this benefit, users are required to register on the platform with their phone numbers.

However, they need to visit another website – sabrinascala.com to register.

Also, they will make payments to purchase a trading bot.

Then the trading bot scouts several exchanges to trade with the best prices on behalf of users.

There are 5 available robots and they are priced differently.

The higher the price of the robot, the higher profits it will generate.

Have a look:

NB: You can buy more than one robot, even at the robot number. Also, you can sell or transfer your robot.

Furthermore, users are rewarded with “Agent Income” when they refer their friends to the platform.

See what the “Agent Income” looks like:

NB: There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to the platform. And you will get a commission from all the individuals under you.

Additionally, there’s a “Robot rebate”, which is the compensation given to users when their referrals purchase a robot.

It ranges from 20% – 40% of the price of the robot.

Asides from the robots, users can choose to make a First investment of $10 and earn $0.12 interest daily for a period of 10 days.

Also, CALA has a Transaction service, that allows users to open trade positions. Hmm…

And users gain certain benefits when they deposit up to $1,000 and above. See the table below for details:

Sounds very profitable, right?

Next, we’ll look at why CALA is a scam.

Why CALA Is A Scam?

a. No founder

First of all, there is no founder. I didn’t find information about the founders of CALA on its website or anywhere else.

And where there are no founders, no one can be held accountable if something goes wrong.

b. Compromised launch dates

Varying founding dates raise another red flag. On the website, you will see that CALA was incorporated in June 2019 but when you check the registration documents posted on the same website, the date reads 2022.

Then I checked on Whois.com and discovered that the two websites go way back to 2006 for bocalazer.com and 2003 for sabrinascala.com.

Looks like someone is revamping an old website for dubious actions.

c. No legal backing

Additionally, the documents were posted to convince users that CALA is legit.

But a critical look at the documents reveals that they do not mean legal approval.

Rather, they are mere proof of attempts to register a business or business name.

Check them out:

Sadly, not all the writeups in the documents are clear. Two documents are Nigeria-based while the other two are from Colorado. But take it from me, none of them indicates that CALA is legit.

d. Shitcoin reward

Upon registering on the platform (on 04/11/2022), I saw a pop-up message promising registered users a reward of YZZ tokens.

The system plans to make the YZZ tokens scale so that users can double their earnings when they trade the coin.

Now, YZZ is a shit coin, it is not listed on Coinmarketcap, but you will find a trading pair for it on Pancakeswap and Uniswap (which are DEXs where coins are not verified before they are listed)

Besides, users will still have to visit another website –  https://libswap.com to convert the YZZ tokens to USDT.

If CALA is legit, why can’t it reward users with USDT or its native token?

Why pay users a shitcoin and give them the false hope that it will scale?

Again, the fact that  https://libswap.com has only YZZ, USDT, LIB markets is another red flag.

*LIB is supposed to be the native token of the swap platform. Yet another coin that is not listed on Coinmarketcap under the given platform. Oops!

e. Camouflage Partners

Again, on the Sabrinascala website, you’ll see icons of OKX, Binance, Huobi, and Bitfinex to convince visitors that these top exchanges are partners of CALA.

Truth is, they are mere pictures, these exchanges are not linked to CALA in any way.

They didn’t even use the correct logo for OKX. 🤦

f. Public Opinion

Although CALA has a good rating on Trustpilot and SCAMADVISER, I found comments from users who have identified this robot as a scam.

Take a look:

g. Multiple Telegram Groups

I found about 10 Telegram groups/channels for CALA. Oops!

It’s quite unfortunate that Telegram has become a safe haven for crypto scam platforms.

The majority of the messages that I read from these groups were aimed at luring members to continue depositing money on CALA.

Then I read one that said something about the suspension of withdrawals:

withdrawals suspended on CALA

So, the Nigerian government is stopping withdrawals but it didn’t stop deposits. Story for the gods!

Final Thoughts

No doubt, CALA appears highly profitable judging from the different opportunities it presents for users to make profits.

Nevertheless, we must remember that if it looks too good to be true then it probably is.

As far as I am concerned, the two websites – sabrinascala.com and bocalazer.com are a mere combination of features and grammar put together to make CALA sound like the real deal.

Don’t get carried away by all the AI jargon on the bocalazer.com website or the trading chats and fake promises on sabrinascala.com.

CALA is a scam, if you put your money there, you won’t be able to get it out.

And judging from the conversations in the Telegram groups, CALA is just another Crypto Scam that a Nigerian is using to dupe fellow Nigerians.
